The retailer is offering full refunds and urges owners to stop using the stoves immediately. The recall covers model BG2247A1. The model number is printed on a gray label inside the fuel compartment. The stoves are dark green and feature an orange "Ozark Trail" logo on the front. They were imported by Walmart Inc. from manufacturer China Window Industry Co., Ltd of Taipei. Walmart sold the stoves in stores nationwide and online from March 2023 through October 2025 for between $8 and $45. CPSC said the stoves can explode or catch fire, posing serious burn and fire hazards.
