Ornaments were made with the names of friends and family members. During the ceremony, individuals placed the memorial ornaments on the church's Christmas tree in celebration of their lives. Pastor Bill Breeding said the holidays are a great time to honor loved ones. "It's a symbol that says that that person was here and it left an impression on us, and we want to be reminded of that. WVU researchers bring community-led drug prevention to 36 rural counties

West Virginia governor asks for prayers after National Guard shooting

Walmart recalls Ozark Trail camping stoves after reports of explosions and burn injuries

The retailer is offering full refunds and urges owners to stop using the stoves immediately. The recall covers model BG2247A1. The model number is printed on a gray label inside the fuel compartment. The stoves are dark green and feature an orange "Ozark Trail" logo on the front. They were imported by Walmart Inc. from manufacturer China Window Industry Co., Ltd of Taipei. Walmart sold the stoves in stores nationwide and online from March 2023 through October 2025 for between $8 and $45. CPSC said the stoves can explode or catch fire, posing serious burn and fire hazards. The manufacturer has received 26 reports of stoves exploding or catching fire, including 16 reports of injuries such as second-degree burns....
